Flow Movement
A 75-minute open-level class where yoga meets dance.
We begin by arriving on the mat with a gentle pre-warm-up, gradually waking up the body before moving through Sun Salutations. From there, we leave the mat behind and step into the movement part of the class.
Each class is built around a physical and mental theme, inviting you to explore different ways of moving, connecting and expressing yourself. Through guided movement, patterns and creative prompts, you’ll have space to explore both familiar and new ways of moving, with no pressure to get it “right.”
We then return to the mat to slow things down. The class closes with two to three Yin-inspired poses and Savasana, creating space to soften, release and integrate the movement experience.
Flow Movement is a place to move, explore and express, combining the grounding qualities of yoga with the freedom and creativity of dance.
No dance or yoga experience is needed. Come as you are and move in your own way.

About the teacher
Dance has always been a big part of Yukali’s life.
She trained at Lucia Marthas Institute for Performing Arts and completed the Certificate Program at Millennium Dance Complex in Los Angeles.
Her journey into yoga began as a way to complement and counterbalance her dynamic dance practice. Today, she is a certified 200HR Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga teacher, with additional training in Hatha Yoga, Somatic Movement and hands-on assisting.
In her classes, she brings these worlds together, combining movement, expression, awareness and stillness to create space to connect with yourself.
