Being pregnant is a transformative period in your life where not only a new life grows in your body, but you also go through a growth process as a woman.

Pregnancy yoga gives you tools and support in this special time and helps you prepare for childbirth.

Practicing yoga at this time brings balance, strength and peace. You learn to listen better to yourself and your body, to trust your inner wisdom and to connect with your baby.

During these classes you will not only work physically, you will also practice your mind. Each class starts with a short meditation and breathing exercise. Then we flow with attention to the breath through a series of asanas (yoga postures). This makes the body stronger and more flexible and improves your posture. We end each class with a wonderful relaxation exercise.

Pregnancy yoga is for women from the 14th week of pregnancy. No experience with yoga? No problem, this class is for all levels.
